Founding Marketing Lead
We are looking for our first marketing hire — a founding marketer who wants to define a new category, work alongside founders and customers, and build the go-to-market engine behind our growth. Staer is building the software layer powering the next generation of autonomous warehouse operations. Billions have been invested in warehouse robotics, yet most operations still lack the intelligence layer that helps robots understand, coordinate, and continuously improve physical work. That is the problem we are solving, already working with some of Europe’s leading warehouse operators. This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t inherit a playbook. You’ll build it. Your mission is to build the go-to-market engine that makes Staer the reference point for Physical AI in warehouse operations. You’ll shape and continuously evolve the category narrative, build a repeatable enterprise demand generation engine, enable partners to sell Staer confidently, help GTM win and expand enterprise customers, and establish Staer as one of the most trusted voices in Physical AI. We measure success by commercial outcomes, not marketing activity. We are a remote-first team across Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, and Greece, built around trust, ownership, and clear communication. AI is woven into our daily work — we use tools like Claude Code to create, analyze, automate, and iterate faster. Being AI-native isn’t a bonus here. It’s part of the craft. You’ll work directly with founders who have built category-defining technology companies, led public software businesses, and built companies acquired by Apple and Meta. As our first marketing hire, you’ll help shape not only our marketing function, but how Staer grows and how an entire industry understands what we’re building.
Tech Lead Engineer – Spatial Intelligence
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead Engineer – Spatial Intelligence to spearhead the development and deployment of advanced reasoning modules across devices and cloud for spatial intelligence towards Physical AI. You will be responsible for designing the architecture for large-scale spatial systems that covers both agentic tool usage of perception/reasoning models (e.g. object detection, VLMs, and LLMs) and long-term foundation model strategy for pre-/post-training to enable accurate and robust spatial reasoning, prediction, and planning for real-world environments from warehouses to homes.
3D Vision Engineer – Spatial Intelligence
We are looking for a 3D Vision Engineer – Spatial Intelligence to advance the geometric foundations of our spatial intelligence stack across edge devices and cloud. Our robots have to know where they are in environments that don’t sit still: shelves get restocked, layouts change, lighting shifts, objects move. You’ll be responsible for the robustness of the 3D vision pipeline that holds up under all of it (VIO, SfM, volumetric reconstruction, and large-scale visual relocalization), running on edge devices and in the cloud. Re-localization in changing environments is the central problem. Your work decides how reliably the fleet stays oriented as the world around it evolves.
Lead Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead hardware integration on robots and vehicles. Staer’s spatial intelligence uses cameras and runs on edge-compute hardware mounted on forklifts, trucks, and mobile robots operating in live logistics environments. Every deployment starts with hardware that has to be mounted, powered, and installed right the first time. You will own the physical layer of the platform: from the design of the attachments that hold sensors and edge computers to the installation process that equips a customer site with a running fleet. Your work decides how fast deployments scale for the customer. This role is based in Sweden, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Skåne area.
